La virtud suprema de todo ser humano es olvidar sus diferencias individuales y moverse con todos en un espíritu de armonía e igualdad. Lo que dota de belleza a los deportes y los juegos es este espíritu de unidad. Lamentablemente hoy en día muchas personas derivan sólo aptitud física y fuerza de los deportes y juegos, ¡no el espíritu de amor y unidad! La realización en la vida nunca puede alcanzarse desde la salud física y la fuerza por sí sola. Incluso si su estómago está lleno, pueden ser felices sólo cuando su cuerpo y mente están saludables. Los jóvenes deben entender esta verdad y no centrarse sólo en el físico y la belleza. La Divinidad ha dotado a todas las personas con potencias físicas, mentales y espirituales de muchos tipos. Su mente es la fuente de infinitos poderes. Una mente tranquila puede ayudarles a realizar lo Divino. Reconozcan la magnitud de sus poderes internos y hagan uso de ellos en sus vidas diarias. The supreme virtue in every human being is to forget their individual differences and move with everyone in a spirit of harmony and equality. What lends beauty to sports and games is this spirit of unity. Unfortunately many people today derive only physical fitness and strength from sports and games, not the spirit of love and unity! Fulfillment in life can never be attained from physical health and strength alone. Even if your stomach is full, you can be happy only when both your body and mind are healthy. Young people must understand this truth and not be focused only on physique and beauty. The Divine has endowed everyone with physical, mental and spiritual potencies of many kinds. Your mind is the source of infinite powers. A subdued mind can help you realize the Divine. Recognize the magnitude of your internal powers and leverage them in your daily lives. Dios impregna al Universo entero. Dios está presente en todo ser humano -- mejor dicho, en todo ser viviente. La Creación entera es la manifestación de la Divinidad. No es suficiente con tener un cuerpo humano. Lo que se considera sagrado e importante es practicar los valores humanos, porque Dios está presente en todas partes y en todo ser. Por eso debes cultivar los valores humanos de Verdad (Sathya), Rectitud (Dharma), Paz (Shanti), Amor (Prema) y No-violencia (Ahimsa). Nunca mientas, bajo ninguna circunstancia. Si adhieres a la Verdad, de ello se seguirá la Rectitud. Donde se junten la Verdad y la Rectitud, habrá Paz. Donde haya Paz, habrá también Amor. Donde haya Amor, no hay cabida para la violencia. En primer lugar, tenemos que cultivar el Amor. "El Amor es Dios, Dios es el Amor. La Verdad es Dios, Dios es la Verdad". La Verdad y el Amor son en verdad encarnaciones de la Divinidad. God permeates the entire universe. God is present in every human being, nay in every living being. The entire creation is the manifestation of Divinity. It is not enough to simply have a human body. As God is present everywhere, in every being, practising human values are considered to be so sacred and important. Hence, you must cultivate the human values of truth (Sathya), righteousness (Dharma), peace (Santhi), love (Prema) and non-violence (ahimsa). Never tell a lie under any circumstances. If you adhere to truth, righteousness will follow. Where truth and righteousness go together, there peace will be. Where there is peace, there will be love too. There can be no place for violence when there is love. First and foremost, one has to develop love. ‘Love is God, God is Love. Truth is God, God is Truth.’ Truth and Love are verily the embodiments of Divinity. (Divine Discourse, 25 December 2009)
